食品报废销毁

在疫情期间，支持强制性食品认证机构延后工厂检查时间或开展线上审核；对进口食品符合免予办理强制性认证条件的， 为企业“容缺办理”进口证明；对企业因“疫情原因”无法按申报用途使用，或者无法按规定及时销毁食品、退运相关免予 办理强制性认证产品的情形，不作为违反监管规定处理。
